Gm To Chrysler Door Locks (One Sided To Two Sided Key)

I did some reading but didn't find real definitive answer.  Can I rekey an 89 door lock to fit a 91 key?  I know the cylinders look totally different, and have different rods but I don't know if the innards are similar enough to re-key?

No, they're not rekeyable like that.  You will have to swap the entire lock assembly.
