hey all...i was roaming around a bunch of the ususal web forums i am part of and saw a guy that had a pair of ACOS for sale...opened the page and he was selling them for 75 bucks and they only had 300mi on them..so i pm'd him and i pick them up tomorrow

ACOS stands for arcosine up here at Michigan Tech. I have no clue what you mean by it though? ;)

They're adjustable coil spacers.

 

 

Basically a big threaded rod and a couple nuts. You crank the nut up and down to adjust ride heigt...

yea if you go to the JKS webpage youll know what they are...basically they replace the poly spacers with and adj one

that's a deal, I wouldn't mind having some of those, but can't bring myself to spend that kinda dough

I liked mine, my only issue was the adjustment. The top of my coils were a tad too small. So they pinched the isolater just enough to not allow spanner nut adjustment. Thats unless you compressed the coil completely off the adjuster.

 

In case you don't know, thats just shy of actually removing it, BTW. :eek:
