Bmoore2 Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 Quick question, We are doing the 8.25 axle swap this weekend. Should I get new driveshaft u joints? If so, can someone please let me know what the best option? Thanks in advance!!!!!!
comanche1989 Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 It would be a good idea, since you already have everything unattached. Spicer makes good U-joints.
Bmoore2 Posted March 14, 2013 Author Posted March 14, 2013 Spicer 1310? Is that what i need to purchase?
Biotex Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 X2 on spicer. If you are the type that regularly greases the joints, then the greasable ones are best. If you drive and neglect, then i'd advise the non greasable ones.
Bmoore2 Posted March 14, 2013 Author Posted March 14, 2013 Thank for everything guys!!!!!! Also got new shocks too. Got the Bilstein 5100 series. I will do a write up on everything in a week or two when its done. Thank for helping me spend my money friends!!!!!!
