Besides the drive train, I stripped an entire Cherokee in a day. As long as you have the space for the parts you could strip it in a weekend and be tossing the carcass by Monday. Depending on condition I may try to get it back on the road, the damage doesn't look as bad as he says. On the last 99 xj I had the entire passenger side engine bay was crumbled in and we were able to remove the welds and attach new metal from the JY and it is back on the road.
