I could crawl under them and find out but that grounds cold an wet. Got a '95 ZJ with a bad rear differential 3:73. ComancheKid45 Posted January 10, 2013 Share Posted January 10, 2013 The axle housings themselves are the same width but the ZJ uses Coils and control arms on the rear comapred to the leaf spings on the XJ. The axles could be swapped by cutting and welding the proper bracketry though, but for a bolt in swap its a no go. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
