Distributor Wobble And Oil Leak

dist. wobbles ,and oil leaking. New dist. needed?

Probably. Have you replaced your oil pump lately or had the dizzy out for any reason?

No just trying to determine where the oil drops on my driveway are coming from. Saw the dist. moving ,and oil trail from base of it.

The distributor has a seal (p/n 33004595) and gasket (p/n J3181288) inside on the body shaft where it fits in the engine hole. If it's missing it will leak oil and move from side to side if the distributor clamp collar isn't secure. So pull it out and check first.

But the distributor shouldn't be wobbling. Check the play in it when you have it out.
