Ever made your own D rings?

I was wondering if anyone has done this. Not sure how to go about it, but i think it would be really cool if someone has made there own.

 

If you have I would love to see some pics! and even if they aren't "d rings" if you made your own tow points, hooks, whatever i'd like to see em. :yes:

front tow points are made from sections of elevator rail:

neither really helps if you've got stock bumpers though. :(

Damn! thats some serious reinforcement, i don't really understand what you used it for though? :dunno:

which one? the tow bar was for, well, towing and the d-ring mount went into the 2x2 hitch I built into each bumper. :thumbsup:
