jeeplover88 Posted June 22, 2012 Posted June 22, 2012 Hey guys, I'm sure many of you have encountered the issue of your rear bumper being slightly slanted. I'm guessing that this has just happened over time! Does anyone have any easy fixes for it, or ideas? Thanks :Canadaflag:
Harley Posted June 22, 2012 Posted June 22, 2012 The last truck I had was like that. Easy fix was I backed it into a concrete wall and it cured the problem.

jimoshel Posted June 22, 2012 Posted June 22, 2012 I loosen the mounting bolts, put a jack under the low corner, Raise corner until level, tighten bolts, lower, remove jack.
Pete M Posted June 22, 2012 Posted June 22, 2012 careful with those bolts if you live in a rust-prone zone. they like to snap right off with no warning. :( spraying PB Blaster inside the frame to get at the threads is a must. :thumbsup:
