Bummer about the car, looks to be easily fixed with a new bumper and tail light though. I went up pikes peak before and it sure is nice up there. Thanks for the pics.

i laugh about the car now. it was my baby and only had 4 small scratches, and a few rock chips. o'well coulda been way worse. just pulled into moab about an hour ago so I'm on the prowl for jeep rentals for tomorrow or the next day. also found another skydiving place :yes:

Sorry about your car. I used to live in Colorado Springs and sure miss seeing Pikes Peak out of my window. Took the cog railway to the top couple of times but never drove to the top. Good to see the Garden of the Gods too. Hope you can get to the Air Force Academy.

oh, the story on the car is thst i drove 651 mi without a problem. pulled up to the hotel and sat there for a min to let the turbo cool then went to check in. what i forgot to do was put it in gear or pull the ebrake lol at the counter i peeked out and my car wasnt there, about that time i heard a nice thunk, walked a bit further out and it rolled about 70' back and into a van :rotfl2: no biggie, coulda been alot worse. if you ever do drive to Pikes Peak, go early. when i was leaving there were atleast 100 cars sitting there waiting to get in
