Word has just been received that General (Brevet) George Armstrong Custer and his entire command, the 7th Cavalry, is surrounded by hostiles and is cut off from communicating with the world. So far it is reported only verbal insults and the one finger salute has been exchanged between the two forces. Stand by for further news as we receive them.
