my86manche Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 i got a 2.8 stroker motor the other day and like to put headers on it if anyone has any or know of where i can get some please let me know. i don't like the 2.8 at all also but the price was right its only a temp thing i still have plans for small blocking i just want something with a little more power. Untill i build my small block chevy up for it
carnuck Posted April 16, 2012 Posted April 16, 2012 You should've gone with a 4.3, so the V8 swap is easy afterwards. Chev S10 headers should work, but I haven't tried. Oh, make sure it's NOT a front wheel drive motor (I went through that with the one I had. Only 50K on the motor but it wouldn't fit the '86 I had)
