Non Working Front Parking Lights

The front parking lights on my MJ are not working and I am not having very good luck so far to get them to work. I have checked the fuse, checked for power at the parking lamps fuse socket, cleaned and checked all of the grounds, replaced the headlight switch and I have also replaced all of the parking/turn signal sockets and I still have no front parking lights. The rear parking lights work just fine. Does anybody have any ideas?

There's a harness connector plug behind the driver's side headlight that could be corroded.

 

Also, up high on the driver's side inner fender is the ground for that circuit attached with a screw.

I finally got them working today. I was looking in my electrical FSM and I noticed that the chime module is on the same circuit as the parking lamps so I removed it and they started working!
