specialkeay
So I have elimenated the heat vacuum actuator, flushed the heater core (no obstructions) and changed the theromostat and still have not had any change with my heat situation. It blow room tempeture air and on these cold days its just useless. Is there somting that I have missed :fs1: 89, 4.
cruiser54
Is your heater blend air door opening all the way? Look under the passenger side dash and move the COLD to HEAT control lever back and forth. When moved to HEAT, does the lever hit the stop? If not, adjust the cable clip right there. specialkeay
It was about a quater inch away so I tighten up the cable and ziptied it to the stop just to be certain. I got to spend the rest of the night with the wife and kids so no time for a test drive let you know tomorrow thanks.

cruiser54
Is it tomorrow yet? Gotta be tomorrow somewhere. If the heater door adjustment didn't fix it, I would be suspicious of a faulty or low-temp thermostat.
