jamonroe75 Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 Please help identify the loose connections in the two pics. :help: :help: they are the same connections just different views. same pic different view and are any of them supposed to be attached any where. the orange one comes from a connector toward the front of the engine bay
fiatslug87 Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 I think the pink one is for the engine bay light (an option), is this in a 90 or earlier?
jamonroe75 Posted November 29, 2011 Author Posted November 29, 2011 this is an 86 comanche with a 2.5
airspeed Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 The red arrow is pointing to the red wire for a under hood light option. The orange arrow is pointing to the orange wire for AC compressor clutch. The white arrow points to half of a connector, I think it is the up shift light, manual trans? The green arrow points to a vacuum line which should connect I think to the vacuum line right beside the red/yellow. Red yellow arrow / connector, not sure. The blue arrow points to a vacuum vent check valve.
jamonroe75 Posted November 29, 2011 Author Posted November 29, 2011 thanks for the information. I don't have an AC. The green arrow points to a vacuum line which should connect I think to the vacuum line right beside the red/yellow. where does it connect
airspeed Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 Where does the black vacuum line with right angle originate? I have a black and purple that come out of firewall by heater hose. Purple goes to the heater valve. The black makes a connection on the right side and goes up to vacuum football in front bumper.
jamonroe75 Posted November 29, 2011 Author Posted November 29, 2011 I Have the same ones. This one appears to follow the black on to the the football.
RynoMJ Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 Blue arrow on mine is disconnected also. Anyone know where it connects to?
ParadiseMJ Posted December 5, 2011 Posted December 5, 2011 Blue arrow on mine is disconnected also. Anyone know where it connects to? It's a check valve (that little UFO looking thing).
