MJ to strip ?

Got a chance to pick up 87 MJ 2.5 4x4 5 spd long box fairly cheap. Needs a clutch and tranny and transfer already out. Box is rough but has good doors hood glass and all the trim blue. Just gonna part it out if I get it . Is it worth it my be able to get it for a couple hundred . And it has a custom topper on it. Pretty much have all I need for mine. Just looking for some feed back Thanks Quint

You know your local economy better than me but I can tell you that little is moving right now.

That's gonna be an expensive cap.

 

 

I just scrapped a Cherokee and got about $300 for the iron. $75 for the Chrysler rear, $75 for my 2w AX5. But I only paid $500 for it so my swap only cost me $150 (not including a butt-load of new parts).

 

Up to you but plan on sitting on it a while. The 411 gears are worth something........maybe to you. That front axle I would not have though. Maybe some good interior parts?
