Ford Ranger wheel?

Been there... done that. Yeah, they look great, but the down fall is the amount of backspacing that they have. I ran a 2" spacer behind mine to keep them out off of the frame. Another issue is the hub size that Ford uses as it's smaller than ours. Many members here will tell you not to use a spacer that isn't hub-centric, but in this case it's somewhat of gray area as you won't find a set that will work unless it's a custom set... and you better personally know the guy working the mill! That being said, I ran a set that were only hub-centric to the Jeep hub and not the Ford wheel without any issues. Granted, I was overly obsessive about checking the torque on the inner lug nuts. With all that, they can work and I think they look great.

Edit... beat me to it.

Ha!

:fs2: Again and again! :fs2:

They do look really good. But seems like trouble. What are the center caps?

I ended up just using the stock Ford caps, and just painted them black. Yeah... you could still see the oval in the plastic, but... eh...

I think they look better with the silver faces.

Black steelies piss in your wheaties... We know.

Rob :D

In this case its that they are a nice looking wheel with nice curves, which you cannot see with that black finish, kinda like driving around on four black holes.

The hub centric issue will probably never be settled to everyone's satisfaction, but consider this:

Most every after market wheel, especially the black steelies that are the major choice for off-roading, have a universal center hole that may or may not be hub centric for your axle. Yet there are millions of them out there...
