MancheKid86
replaced my o2 sensor, still running really rich, black smoke + smell of fuel at the end of my exhaust, what else could it be?

MJCARENA
Bad injector, stuck open. Pull the electrical connector off an injector. Should notice the engine misses. If it misses put it back on and try the next one. If the engine doesn't miss, then the injector is most likely bad. Just a possibilty. You could also pull the sparkplugs out and see if any are fouled.
tugalo
If you used a universal O2 sensor that you have to splice into the existing harness, the black wire is the output to the computer, not ground as you would think.
