cody4359
does anybody near me know of a good place to take my comanche to get the eletrical swap completed. i have the motor/tranny, wiring harness installed in the rig, i just need to splice the front/rear together or lengthen the rear xj harness. I'm tired of working in my dirt floor garage and been busy with work lately.
dasbulliwagen
Not being from your area, I can't recomend anyone, but if it were me, Id start going around to independant shops, and just talking to the shop owner/manager to see what they say of if they arent willing to do the work to reccomend someone themselves for you to go to. If someone does take on the job, I'm sure it will be a clock time type deal. Theres no way to accurately price the job, so it would be the mechanic doing the work, and you pay him for however long it takes him to do it. That is where youd like to find someone as good as possible and as fast as possible so you arent paying out the arse for some guy to play on the internet and flirt with the receptionist in between every 5 minutes of working on your truck. Good luck and let us know what you figure out.

1990 Pioneer 4x4
Here are a few that I could recommend: Auburn Off-road & Car Repair: (253) 939-5019 – They know their Jeeps! One of their bolt turners is a member on here (CC). Cobweb Specialties (Edgewood): (253) 841-7301 – They usually work on high-end stuff, but can do anything. OR You can try a specialty shop. I’ve seen an auto electric shop on Pine Street in Tacoma, but never have heard anything about them…
