GreenF350 Posted April 15, 2011 Share Posted April 15, 2011 So after adding my spare, bumper, hitch and spare parts in the toolbox, it appears my rear is slightly sagging. Pete M Posted April 15, 2011 Share Posted April 15, 2011 the longer shackles are only good for maybe an inch of lift. You need a shackle to be 2" longer than stock for each inch of lift and stock ones aren't exactly short. also keep in mind while shopping, XJ shackles are shorter than MJs and so ones designed to lift an XJ may not be much longer than your current ones.
