Was included with a previous purchase from another member, really don't need it. Generally poor condition, but w/cover and completely readable, just alot of water damage. Free to someone who wants it. Just pm your address, unless it's Guam or something lol.

 

Edit: back cover was stuck to the last page and is now ripped.
