WahooSteeler
Chrysler CEO quoted at recent auto show that they plan on bringing back the Grand Wagoneer name for a big SUV w/3 rows of seats. He also "confirmed" as I read in the Wall St. Journal and on several articles googled, that Jeep will have a pickup but went so far as to say it would be an SUV based vehicle with a "pickup bed". Stay tuned........
kyleag89
It would be cool to have the GW and the new PU share the same frame.
JeepcoMJ
if it were a WJ or commander body style pickup, great. but if it even looks anywhere similar to the new grand cherokee.....i'm gonna @#$%ing kill someone at chrysler. let me emphasize PHUCKING KILL THEM. jeep is better off dead. dasbulliwagen
Chrysler Jeep and Dodge are all together as one, and Fiat is in control, and looking to own controlling interest of them.
WahooSteeler
the CEO was adamant about Jeep needing to be representative of Jeep, and that any vehicle they sell should have a "Trail Ready" model. He went to say that he feels Jeep should own the SUV market, and that basically that's all they should sell, i.e. that crossover's etc. should/can be under the Dodge brand etc., but that Jeep should have the SUV's. 87Warrior
Let's not throw hate toward Fiat. Afterall, it was Renault that got the XJ here. Plus, its been 5 years since that Gladiator concept truck was born. I aint holding my breath.
Automan2164
I think Fiat holds good things for Chrysler, and Jeep more specifically. This isn't the first company turnaround for Fiat. There's going to be an awkward phase for sure, but I think it will all shake out for the better. Rob L.
