ryno56 Posted December 10, 2010 Author Posted December 10, 2010 :ack: it sits like this right now. it's only job is plowing my driveway, which it does quite well.
HOrnbrod Posted December 10, 2010 Posted December 10, 2010 That was a bit more that I paid for my NOS chrome bumper, but an excellent find nevertheless. But for sure, there are still more around. Keep lookin'
Rymanrph Posted December 10, 2010 Posted December 10, 2010 After seeing what was included with yours, I had to go back and look at mine. The license plate lights are like yours, but are different that what I have on my current bumper. My current black bumper has a square plate the is attached from the back that the lights are connected to. Mine doesn't have the wiring harness like yours though. Here is the interesting part though: the hardware bag has three different part numbers listed for the bumper assembly: Black Painted: Model No. 8220562 Chrome Plated: Model No. 8220583 Chrome-Laredo Version: Model No. 82200988 My box is labeled 8220988AB. The only thing that appears to be different is that my bumper end caps are a light gray, not black. I thought that maybe they had just faded over time (like fender flares on a Wrangler), but the end caps my current bumper are way darker than these. Here's a comparison (and yes, the previous owner tried to paint the entire bumper, plastic and all): I don't ever remember hearing anything about a Laredo Comanche. Any ideas?
