XJguy
It appears to have a Corporate 8.25 rear. Also might this be limited slip? TIA
JeepcoMJ
it does not have a corporate 8.25 rear, not that is stock. it will be a 3.07 d35, or 3.07 d44. anything else is not stock, so who knows.

XJguy
Thanks guys, yes its a 4.0L. The rear is low pinion and has those nubs cast in at the pinion end.

Pete M
put the trans in neutral or pull the rear driveshaft, then you can rotate the axleshaft (once if both axleshafts spin together in the same direction, twice if one axle shaft turns and the other is stopped) and count the number of times the yoke spins around. 3 and a half times around equals 3.55, a bit over 4 times is 4.10, etc.
