Connection timing out

Is it just me, or does anyone else have this problem? Regardless of if I'm doing stuff on the site or not, it keeps bringing this up.

 

 

I have to refresh several times to get it to come back, all other websites are fine.

I reset my modem and router, seems to be better now. Acted up for a minute, then it's fine... forum and chat.

 

Also, Pete, we may have a spam problem in chat. Nothing was posted, but two weird accounts came in for a few minutes, then left.

ratzbyd came in, then a minute later WiRatz came in. ratzbyd disappeared a few minutes later, WiRatz went to MyRoom1, registered the profile as a girl named Pam Day, then left after about 20 minutes. Neither said anything.

That happens to me occasionally, only on nc4x4. I usually have to restart the computer to get it to clear.

It is weird though, just one site only on my laptop.
