can you body lift a mj and if you can where can i get one and will an xj body lift work

You can't. they're are both unibody's. you cannot seperate the body from the frame. well, only the cab forward on the MJ is a unibody, you can remove the bed. so body lift is out the question.

I guess you can make a body lift :eek: with a few slight mods :dunce: Like cutiing and welding... and them some creative use of metal tubing :smart: But.. I don't think you would like the way it looks when you are done :brows:

Yeah.. he is making a drag truck out of it using an S-10 fram if I am not mistaken. I guess the same thing can be done with it to make a body lift

you could but it isnt worth the time if you are lifting it. I'm building all new firewall and floor pan. the way the frame is spot welded to floor i wouldnt waste my time to raise the body on the frame rails just for some "lift" it wouldnt be stucturaly sound. I'm using a complete frame and welding 2x3 all along on the inside of the body for support. also IFS is in the front.
