88 comanche black smoke issue?

I have some engine issues. I can fire my comanche up and it starts right up but when you give it some gas it blows out black smoke?? When it runs for awhile it starts idleing up and down and acts like it wants to die but it won't?? Any won no or have any ideas whats wrong with it?

black smoke normally means your running rich. so some how your getting too much fuel. try checking your fuel pressure

I will try and put a new 02 sensor in there and see if that helps hopefully thats all it is.

I emailed Chrysler for a build sheet and they replied telling me I also missed a recall about a o2 sensor.... It was written 561 oxygen sensor.... Email them :)
