Garvin Posted August 16, 2010 Share Posted August 16, 2010 MrFreeze5 is correct. Once they trip, they cannot be reset. The timer is now a paper weight. The O2 sensor does not need to be replaced though. AMC/Chrysler at the time wanted you to replace the O2 every 60k as preventative maintenance and to get the most out of the mpg's. I just replaced mine whenever it went bad and threw this timer is the dumpster. You might have to also yank the bulb, I honestly forget if I did or not.
