tail light plug question

i needed a new plug for my tail light in my 92...the middle one....turn signal??? whatever I'm sure you know which one it is

went to pnp, theres a doner 88 ive been raping :yes:

pulled the plug i needed

cut the wires one at a time and respliced, being VERY careful not to mix them up...i just went in a line one by one

 

here's my problem...

when i now step on the brake, my parkers come on also...and my signal light is on constant in the dash

 

is there a diffrence in the wiring of the 2 years??? 1988 - 1992

acts like you have a 1156 bulb in there or the contacts are touching

it was the bulb....woops :doh:
