Nacho Posted June 13, 2010 Posted June 13, 2010 Has anyone ever taken off the fuse box on the drivers side write on top of the clutch pedal? I am having a hard time taking it off. The person I bought the Comanche off let it get really wet. Thanks.
KYMJ Posted June 13, 2010 Posted June 13, 2010 Just took mine apart and cleaned it. There is 2 screws and 2 clips to release the halves. This won't allow you to take it off, but you will be able to see the back side and clean it.
Nacho Posted June 13, 2010 Author Posted June 13, 2010 Thanks. I got it right now. There is a lot of gunk from the brake fluid that had spilled on it on the other side of the fuses. What did you use to clean it?
KYMJ Posted June 13, 2010 Posted June 13, 2010 I bought some electronics spray cleaner. Don't know that brake cleaner wouldn't work just as well. Something that evaporates and doesn't leave a residue.
Harper Posted June 13, 2010 Posted June 13, 2010 Stick with the electronics cleaner.....some brake cleaners can eat up the plastic.
