Thanks for taking the time to register your Comanche. It will help us all to understand how many are on the road, and how many are resting in the trails of the sky. Here is the general format:

Year, Make, Model.

Image, if available

Engine / Trans / Transfercase / Front axle / Rear axle / Wheelbase

Build date: (its on the driverside door sticker, in the form of month and year)

Current Location: Region will do, state, and area of state.

Status: Is it still on the road, is it in the junkyard? Project awaiting work?

Notes: Anything that makes this comanche different from the rest. Skid plates, plows, lights, bumpers, weird factory options... Would also be a good place to note the exterior color, and the interior color and combination, IE, Bench or buckets, Vinyl or cloth, column shift or floor shift.

Current owner: Well, you know. Put down who has it, the yard its in, or anything of that sort.

Thanks again!

@ONEOF952 Create a new thread in this forum for your truck with the full VIN as the thread title. :L:

I split it off to here:

I’m sorry but I guess I’ll give someone a good laugh. I turn 78 next month so please give me a little slack 😊. Not up on how to communicate or who to reply to on this site! To flatslug87, I do not know what “create a new thread” means. I enjoy my comanche and decided to join to see what other members are doing and maybe learn more about my truck. Best Regards

don't sweat it. :L:  with a bit of practice you'll get the hang of it.

My apologies if I seemed harsh, didn't mean to.

Well you don’t have to worry about being harsh, because, as I said I don’t know what “create a new thread” means and I still don’t 🤪 Thanks for the reply though!

"thread" is a name for a discussion as in what we're having right now. :L:  what you'll see on your screen is is a button that says "Start new Topic".
