jimoshel Posted April 17, 2010 Share Posted April 17, 2010 $100? (Comment censored) I have gotten blanks and made my own. Sometimes when I was lucky it took less than 10 minutes. Other times a couple hours. What's your time worth? 1.Disassemble the cylinder. Insert a blank. see where the sliders line up. Grind, or file notches in another blank to match. 2. Take Prussion Blue. I have used magic marker but its harder to see. Make a real light coat on the edge of the blank, insert in cyl, twist, remove. Look for the rub marks and file notches there. This will take several tries. Don't remove to much at a time. 3. Pull the cyl, toss it. use a screwdriver. 4. Go to the JY and get what U need.
