Squeegy410 Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 anyone know an easy way to fabricate a headliner for an mj? i need a very simple very cheap headliner. any suggestions?
Rymanrph Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 I have a backing board that could easily be repaired.
Waytec Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 What I have seen in XJs is using a piece of nice sheet metal and self tapers. put sound detaining material in-between if you want. If done right it looks cool .

Waytec Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 Sorry no. the first time that I saw it, was on Extreme 4X4 on spike. They did that to the "Urban Gorilla" they built
MJ is dead Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 If you have any fiberglass skills, it shouldn't be extremely difficult, if not I'm sure some sheet metal/wood paneling with some fabric glued to it would be a cheap (maybe a little redneck) alternative
-600JeepMJ Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 http://www.4x4xplor.com/headliner.html http://www.lunghd.com/Tech_Articles/Int ... dliner.htm the sites I used for info on the headliner of my 86XJ. looks like you could also do the same for a MJ
