right side wheels rubbing brake hose and rear cable

Recommended Posts

i've got some 5 spoke factory cherokee wheels,i belive from a 99-01 model cherokee.ever since i put them on at full wheel lock it rubs the right front brake hose.also the rear e-brake cable flops close to it after you use the e-brake and release it.i replaced the the cable and it still does it.it didn't do this with the factorry steelies or when i had 15x8 black spokes.does anyone else with these wheels have this problem?wheel spacers are out of the question as there aren't many threads hanging out of the wheels as it is.

If your running OEM Jeep rims, they should be 5-1/4" back set.

Your parking brake cable, there should be a spring to the frame that holds it out of the way.

The front brake line, you might need to bend the line a little to make it clear.
