Craigslist question

For the life of me I can't seem to search the entire country anymore. When I'm trying to find something, I have to change back to each and every area and it's a pain. What am I doing wrong? For example: When I put in JEEP, I used to get listings for the whole country, now I get them for Western KY, so after that search, I have to change to another area or city, and so on and so on.
