1999MJ
O, one of the things i need to figure out too is for some reason the gaps between the gas and brake pedal, and the gas pedal and tranny hump is ridiculously small, i could barely get my boot on to the gas pedal, without getting it wedged on the brake, i don't know what to do with this :huh???: . Any help is greatly appreciated I had the same issue with my 88 . everytime i steped on the clutch I would hit the brake and I ended up bending everything over to the left a little bit. Just grabed the pedals and pulled them over about an inch. Now I have plenty of room
88pioneer
What you use to pull them, did you bend the actual arms for the pedals?
Pete M
I kept catching the brake pedal with my boot when I let up on the gas so I pulled off the pad and hacked off a bit of the pedal.
terrawombat
it was built on April 23rd 1992 I'm goin to miss that truck, at least it will be in good hands. i thought that truck looked familiar Yea, was gonna add that the truck was on this site - Pretty sure it had its own build thread, too. I saw that truck pop up on CL a long time ago and went back and forth deciding if I wanted to buy it - I think it was priced at $3500 at the time and seemed out of reach for me...guess I should have haggled a bit! Oh well, good luck with the new truck - looks real clean!
