Cut outs

Started cutting fenders for my rustys flexy cut out flares ! front went well , rear not so good found out the bed is junk !!

Rear fenders are starting to look the same on mine... I've been contemplating how I'm going to fix the problem. No solutions yet, but I'm thinking about welding in a patch piece and getting rid of the inner fender all together.

I'm working on getting another bed ! Was gonna have a tube bed made but i think i'll just replace the bed instead !

was gonna have this guy do the bed http://www.drcustomwerx.com/ , he did one on my yota last year - But don't wanna spend the money on that for this rig !

Ya the rust is not fun , but i'm working a deal on a bed so all should be good soon !!!! I still gotta deal with the rusty rockers i cut off and get the old junk bed off as well ! It will alll be worth it in the end

I just did my bedsides back in the Fall, I cut out the "shelf" on both sides so mud won't be able 2 sit up there again, i also POR-15 the back of both new panels, Should be good for a good while now.

 

Love the Hankooks also, Theyre great tires!
