johnj92131 Posted December 8, 2009 Share Posted December 8, 2009 Factory metric ton/big ton package had 5 leaf springs plus the Dana 44 and automatic transimession. Understand there were two versions of the 5 leaf spring packs. My 91 Commanche was factory equiped with the with the "Big Ton" package - same thing as the 'Metric Ton" package.
