It's pretty easy to break if the thermostat isn't fully seated in that recess. It falls out pretty easy if you attempt to put the thermostat housing back on without removing the belt. Willy

It's pretty easy to break if the thermostat isn't fully seated in that recess. It falls out pretty easy if you attempt to put the thermostat housing back on without removing the belt. Willy so you suggest that i take the belt off first? just incase?
