Fuel Rail and Injector removal

Anyone know how to get these out? I need to put them in the new motor I got coming. I yanked everything off & out of the way. The injectors seem like they're stuck in there. they're lose but just spin around. Very frustrating.

they should just pull out. there is an O-ring that seals them,this is why they spin. sometimes the o-rings get stuck making it hard to pull them.

 

You also should replace the o-rings when you put them in your new engine,they are only a couple dollars for the set.

if theyre really stuck use a prybar GENTLY at one end of the fuel rail and try to work them out one at a time, just be careful to not bust/fold anything.

 

they ought to pull right out.
