feerocknok Posted August 11, 2006 Share Posted August 11, 2006 If you know your axle (Dana 35, or 44), go to your local stealership, and they can get you new spring perches CHEAP! That's what a couple guys keep saying on here. You buy them, and they'll look something similar to this: Then, they need to be welded on to the axle, above where the old perches were. You'll want to adjust where they are on top of the axle to try and point the differential at the rear side of your transfercase. Either before or after you weld the new perches on, grind the old ones off. No one wants those things hanging up on crap. Make sure to get some new u-bolts. Those old ones won't like you.
