Pathkiller
Well guys, I got out of the Comanche business today. Sold my MJ this morning (see this ad: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=15804 ). I've had it since 1994, so it is a sad farewell, but it went to a good owner. An older gentleman who "likes to tinker" and just wants it for fishing and stuff. So I know he'll take great care of it. Didn't even bat an eyelash at the asking price and paid the full $2500 I was asking. My sister bought a brand new Comanche in 88, a 4cyl 2wd longbed Pioneer. We've had one in our family ever since. My dad still has a 92 4x4 shortbed that he'll probably get around to selling soon. It's a sad ending and I hope to have a fullsize Jeep pickup someday soon to fill my Jeep truck urge, but in the meanwhile I still own my 98 TJ and I'm up to my neck in the restoration of my 74 CJ-5, so I've got plenty of Jeepin to keep me going. But I'll be bidding the Comanche Club a fond farewell until we meet again. Happy Jeepin!
BLHTAZ
Sorry to hear of your loss, but no need to say farewell. You don't "have" to own a Comanche to be a part of this group. You may not have cause to come around a lot, but we are still Jeep family, so stop in and visit once in a while at least

dancome433
that was nice comanche, I'm sure youre very sad to see it go after 15 years of owning it, but don't worry if you get a j-series pickup, ifsja.org is another big happy jeep family branch, their are some pretty good guys over there, but like the other guys above me said, youre still part of this jeep family
