bdjr Posted July 27, 2006 Share Posted July 27, 2006 cleaned up the frame and put a rust kill and undercoat spray on it. looks much better. :D welded the new bed frame and ground it down looks good to only weighs about 80lbs. mocked it up. need to create spacers side posts top rail and paint. bottom to come later when i can find some expanding steel. bdjr Posted July 27, 2006 Author Share Posted July 27, 2006 expanded steel like you see on mower trailers, then a bed cover of rubber mat from local tsc. clearence is good it is adjustable and will make spacers for final assembly the photos are of dry fit deck will sit 4 inchs higher but i'm also trying to figure out what kind of lift on the rear, soa, aal or longer shackles front and back or none.
