no power any were?

so i started my truck up yesterday to start working on it again started just fine backed it up, turned it off to switch gears (need to bleed to clutch) then put it in 1st to move it into the garage and nothing on power to anything

 

no power to my aftermarket fuse panel no lights no power to my air compressor for the air ride , i checked the battery just fine, replaced with a differnt battery, and nothin made sure all the wires were hooked up right no fuses were blown the battery wires looked fine, then checked to see if i had a good ground with a test light (from the + battery post to the body) and had power but couldnt find a dvom to see how much power i actually had but both batterys were just takin off the trickle chargers

 

any body know what is wrong or had the same problems????????

Maybe, it's your ignition switch.

 

Check at the bottom of steering colum.

I am not good with electrical issues so I won't even try to work on this one, but it may help someone help you if you posted some info about exactly what you are working on...year, engine etc, etc... :idea:

Alternator? My moms beemer had a similiar problem and that's what was wrong with it. I'm not an electrical person so don't really go by me lol.
