I found an 8.8 at the local "Rez" yard, offered the guy a hundred and a half for it....maybe.

told him I had to research the info on the data tag before I committed to buying it.

here is the info off of the tag: 5614B

3 73 88 6D10

I'm guessing the 3 73 is the ratio,bad for me.I need a 4:10.

the rest I don't know, what am i looking for if it has a LSD?

Is doing a R&P swap worth it on this axel if I'm only paying 150$ for it (I would be adding some type of traction device at this time if the diff doesnt have LSD)Heck even if it has an LSD I still have to change R&P.

This axel does have disk brakes. :dunno:

tag should read 3L73 if it has a limited slip

or 3C73 if its "conventional"

if you were closer I would offer my 4.10 thats for sale.
