3" rough country lift and tires?

Recommended Posts

ok that is the lift i am going to get to start with untill i have more money. this is about all i can get and still get tires wth gas these days. so i was wondering what size tires can i run without trimming? i have an 86 3.2L (2.8L mod) auto. it will also at the same time as the lift be getting new axles. front: d30 with 4.10s R/R and rear: xj d44 with 4.10s. i have the stock steel wheels too.

alright those are what i will do since i like interco. i have TLBs on my chevy and i love em. if anymore get thrown up here i might look at them and compare though. not gonna get them for awhile since my tires i have now are brand new.

yeah I was just reading up a little bit more on them, and a few sites I've found say there sidewal is thicker then the BFG. Deinfatly a confidence booster. everyone i've talked to absolutally loves them...I just flat out love the look. i'm thinking they are the way to go but i am a ways away from them jsut yet. need to do body work first l

you can see in the projects page the poop i'm up againt with the box, but i can cover the rust with the proper panel. I have new hood, new doors, new front grill assy. I have to buy the rockers. the floor is surprisngly clean...lol i don't know how that happened but i'm not complaining. I plan on to get the body in paint..probably about a month (box excluded cuz I might eng up buying one and going from there, still not sure yet.)
