Grand Cherokee front sway bars

Hey fellows,, What is the years for the upgrade sway bars in the Grands? I found me another Jeep honey hole and they have a few Grands there. The big question is would anybody know the diameter of the big bar? They have a few front axles sitting around but the only way I'll know if its the big one is take my calipers with me.

And I'll need the strap frame mounts to right? TIA, jt

don't know the size, but I too would like one and am keeping my eye open for one on boards..

 

JUST GET A V8 front sway bar and it will be larger than what came on our MJ's.

I measured both the stock and the V8 ZJ bar with a micrometer and I had come up with

 

Stock MJ - 23mm

V8 ZJ - 27mm

 

its all in my write up.

And I believe any V8 ZJ bar is a driect swap. Its a great upgrade. Every Comanche owner should do it.
