master cylinder bleed...clutch

I replaced the clutch master cylinder last week. I bench bled it and hooked it up. Everything seems fine, but sometimes there is a little hitch when shifting. Is there a way to get any air out of the system?

I'd invest in a MityVac vacuum bleeder or similar system. One of my top ten investments made regarding auto tools. Works fantastic.

bleed it? new stuff takes getting used to. sometimes the clutch disengages high on the pedal sometimes lower

I use a bicycle pump on the reservoir lid (use the one from the old cylinder)
