f1tbiker6 Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 i found these and I'm hoping they work with comanches. it also doesnt list the lengths that these are adjustable through, does anyone know them by any chance upper: http://www.jeeperz-creeperz.com/tjxj-fr ... -4534.html lower: http://www.jeeperz-creeperz.com/tjxj-ad ... -4530.html
MWinland Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 I run those on my MJ with 5" of lift. The quality of the construction is good, and they definitely do help on the articulation side of the house.
IDXJ Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 I am running them on my XJ with 6.5" lift and I like them. I don't know the collapsed/extended lengths on them but, I know they will work on your MJ. I have hammered mine pretty hard on the rocks and they are holding up well. Check the price from R/C direct or, even check on FleaBay. They sell them there all the time. One thing that I like about them is once you set the length, you don't lock them down with a jam nut. This allows them to rotate when articulating. They don't bind the suspension.
JeepcoMJ Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 they're nice arms. I put them on my 87 MJ with 6.5" of lift a month ago, and tested them out at the badlands last weekend...they're sweet. perform beautifully and make me think twice about getting longarms.
