possum Posted September 22, 2008 Share Posted September 22, 2008 Where is it? The vehicle in question is a 1999 Grand with the 4.0. I am getting nothing when I turn the key. No "click" or anything. I can jump the starter and it will turn but not engage or start the vehicle. I am gonna start by removing the starter and have it tested. Any other suggestions? This is the text out of the FSM: STARTER RELAY REPLACEMENT The starter relay is located in the Power Distribution Center (Figs. 1 and 2).
