87manche
yes, you'll need to change the fenders. The new fenders have the side marker lights in them. They're also shaped a bit different.

yj2mj
pricing this new grille: # CH1200236 $11.88 header: # CH1220114 $27.79 bumper: # CH1092112 $21.79 bumper brackets: # CH1066103 $4.23 bumper cover: # CH1000844 $29.79 flares: # CH1268104 $29.89 x2 fenders: # CH1240202 $32.79 x2 headlight bezels: # CH2512156 $4.55 x2 parking light wiring harness: Can't locate what is the header? and are changer the fenders and bumper necessary? total: $229.94 Go to a junkyard for your header panel and find a late model harness, and cut all the pigtails off. A factory header will line up much better than an aftermarket. You don't have to do the bumper, but if you do the fender flares, you would probably want the bumper to match. Don't forget to add parking lights and side markers to your list. You don't have to use the later fenders, but the older style won't line up well with the new header panel. I don't have any detailed instructions from when I did mine, but it is real easy. Start at the front, unbolting headlight buckets, working your way to the back of the fenders. Then you'll get a fell for how everything goes together. One suggestion, don't tighten any of the bolts until you make sure all your body lines match up and the hood clearance is good. urbanMJ
sweet, thanks. Actually, I'm looking for header panels. I've called most junkyards in southern ontario and they all want $175 for it alone. When I asked for front clips, they wanted $1800. This is without engine or suspension; REDICULOUS. To top it off, no dash either: $300 for it. (planning on dash as well, will it fit??) Would someone be willing to help me source a front clip with dash from a 97+ cherokee from the states? I'm willing to pay someone for their time. Otherwise, i'm going to be buying aftermarket.
CWLONGSHOT
http://www.carpartswholesale.com/cpw/je ... panel.html Above is just one place, quadratec sells them as does 4wd parts wholesalers. Do a search online and you'll see many places where you can order these and many other parts and have them delivered to your door!! Good luck, CW

Finding a used factory one is a problem, most of the ones I found were really damaged. You could use the aftermarket one, it may fit perfect, but mine didn't. If you have the patience, you can probably trim an aftermarket one if that is the route you take. I had to trim mine, but I tend to get a little impatient and trigger happy.
